BRAZILIAN DRUMMING BAND IN HAWKE'S BAY, NEW ZEALAND Bay Batucada is a 20-piece samba band that showcases a range of Brazilian percussion, from the laid back reggae-style music of northern Brazil to the fast-paced tempo of the Carnaval. We regularly perform at music festivals, parades, prize-givings, fundraisers, and sporting events. You can find us performing locally in Hawke's Bay, as well at the Taupo Winter Festival and Wellington's Cubadupa. Given the sound we make, we suit an outdoor event or a large indoor event.
